Connecting Families is seeking a compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to provide 2:1 support to an 18-year-old female client in Bringelly, NSW with complex behavioural and mental health needs.

You'll assist with daily living tasks, community access and emotional support while safely managing behaviours such as absconding, aggression and self-harm in a high-risk environment. Versatile and empathetic team players are encouraged to apply.
