With a strong existing customer base, you'll focus on growing key accounts, developing new business and uncovering opportunities through solution-based selling, with plenty of scope to make the territory your own.

What will you do?

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of key accounts across Victoria
- Develop robust, long-term relationships with customers




- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through solution-based selling
- Prospect and develop new customers across your territory
- Spend time out in the market meeting customers and identifying opportunities
- Work closely with internal technical teams to provide tailored solutions
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders and opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity

What will you need?

- Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or technical sales
- A background within water, utilities, infrastructure or a similar technical industry
- Experience selling technical products, services or solutions
- A proven ability to grow existing accounts while developing new business
- Technical or engineering qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential
- Full Australian driver's licence
