About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advice Manager / Practice Development Manager to work closely with Advisers and their support teams to improve practice performance, consistency, productivity and client outcomes.

This is an excellent chance for an experienced wealth management professional who enjoys coaching, influencing and enabling Advisers while contributing to the ongoing growth and development of a leading independent advice business.

You will work closely with approximately 25 Advisers in the Sydney office, along with Associates, leadership and key stakeholders, to embed effective processes, workflows, tools and support models across the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Advisers and Associates to improve practice efficiency, capacity, consistency and commercial performance.
- Coach and support Advisers on workflows, processes, client management and effective use of practice resources.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps and unnecessary variation, and develop practical solutions to improve how work gets done.
- Facilitate training,



workshops and continuous improvement initiatives across the advice practice.
- Support Advisers with pipeline management, client segmentation, business planning and productivity initiatives.
- Develop and embed practice standards, playbooks, workflows and tools to improve consistency and accountability.
- Use CRM, workflow systems and practice data to identify trends, measure performance and drive adoption.

About You

- 10+ years' experience in financial advice, wealth management, professional services or a related advice-led environment.
- 5+ years experience coaching, mentoring and developing Investment / Financial Advisers
- Strong understanding of how successful financial advice practices operate.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to turn ideas into practical, measurable outcomes.
