Opportunities at the Senior Accountant, Manager & Senior Manager levels are available

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare clear, concise and accurate work papers, that serve as evidence of work performed and the foundation for decision making;
- Apply your knowledge of the clients business environment and industry positioning to deliver tailored advice;
- Act as a mentor/buddy to graduates, sharing your knowledge and helping them with their work, to shape the next generation of accountants;
- Prepare financial statements that comply with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards;
- Prepare documentation for Partners for client meetings and presentation;
- Research, identify and resolve all complex accounting issues;
- Prepare and analyse management accounting reports;




- Conduct detailed reviews of tax and FBT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance; and
- (Manager & Senior Manager) Lead and manage a portfolio of client engagements, overseeing workflow allocation, reviewing team output, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Essential

- Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major

Desirable

- Completion of CA or equivalent

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

- 2 - 15 years in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Committed to continuing career development
