We’re a busy, welcoming coffee shop looking for a reliable and hardworking Floor Staff member to join our team. If you love great coffee, helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Part-time Floor Staff
Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Take orders, handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized seating and service areas
- Assist baristas as needed and help with stock replenishment
- Uphold health, safety, and beverage standards
What we’re looking for
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
- Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused
- Prior cafe/retail experience a plus, but not required
Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
