We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Caretaker & Maintenance Worker to join our caravan park team.

Casual position available 30 hours per week

Monday- Friday

MUST HAVE:

Drivers License

Experience with small engines, mowers, whipper snipper, hedging, tractor, chainsaw

General Gardening experience

Basic Plumbing knowledge

Physically fit

Experience with pools an advantage The role involves pool maintenance, keeping the grounds, gardens and common areas clean, tidy and well maintained, as well as carrying out general maintenance and repairs around the park.

Key Responsibilities

Key duties include:

- Machinery Maintenance
- Mowing, whipper snipping and maintenance
- Gardening, pruning and weed control
- Rubbish and general grounds maintenance




- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas and facilities
- General repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with rubbish removal and keeping the park presentable
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Providing friendly and helpful assistance to guests when required

Skill & Experience The ideal candidate will be practical, reliable, physically fit and able to work independently. Previous experience in groundskeeping, gardening, maintenance or a similar role is an advantage.

A robust work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.
