What You Can Expect:

- Coordinate daily cartage operations, including freight pickups and deliveries.

- Schedule and allocate transport resources to meet customer requirements.

- Liaise with drivers, transport providers, customers, and warehouse teams.

- Monitor freight movements and proactively manage service issues.

- Ensure transport documentation and system records are accurate and up to date.

- Investigate and resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and customer queries.

- Support compliance with health, safety, and transport regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service performance.

What You Bring:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience for our junior level vacancy in a cartage, transport,



or a similar freight coordination role. For the second vacancy a minimum of 5 years' experience.

- Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Experience using transport management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering service excellence.
