Your role

We are looking for a Financial Planning Support Officer to join our dynamic Financial Planning team in a full time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying or early in their financial planning career to gain hands-on exposure to real advice processes while working alongside established advisers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working alongside advisers to prepare advice documentation (including SOAs and ROAs).

- Supporting advisers and directors with compliance checks and client documentation processes.

- Liaising with third parties, such as fund managers and Centrelink, and responding to client queries.

- Maintaining accurate client records within our CRM system (XPlan).

- Contributing ideas to improve processes as you build your knowledge of the advice lifecycle.

We want to hear from people who have:

- A genuine interest in building a career in financial planning

- A willingness to learn and a 'can do' attitude.

- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.

- Confidence working with the Microsoft Office suite.

- Studying or having completed a Bachelor of Financial Planning (or working towards similar qualifications) will be advantageous.
