Mernda Hills Christian College Early Learning Centreis seeking a qualified Educator (Certificate III and Diploma) to join the team. This is a casual position for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
The focus of the Educator is to provide a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment for all children attending the Centre and to assist in the planning and implementation of programs (including the Early Encounters with Jesus program) which meet the developmental, cultural and individual needs of children in care.
At Mernda Hills Christian College Early Learning Centre, we use a play-based educational program that is supported with inquiry-based learning, co-constructed by children and Educators with families' input incorporating school readiness and individual children's development.

Application Requirements
- Certificate III and Diploma qualification or completed an approved ACECQA qualification in Early Childhood
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
- Current certificates in First Aid, Emergency Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management (or a willingness to obtain training in these areas)
- Excellent communication skills ? both verbal and written
