- $83.20 per hour (inc. 25% casual loading + 30% shift loading) + overtime
- Every second Friday off (9-day fortnight)
- Night shift available now
- 11:00pm - 7:30am (with every 2nd Friday being 10:00pm - 6:00am)
Core Duties
- Working as part of the fabrication team
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and working to specifications
- Adhering to robust safety procedures and requirements
Requirements
- Australian Work Rights
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Heavy fabrication experience with MIG and Flux Core Welding
- Ability to read drawings
- A "safety-first" mindset in a workshop environment
As a Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identity Card (NSSIC) is required for this role, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearances including NSSIC and ITAR.
