Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Centre Director for our Rivergums site in Baldivis, WA. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and budget-aligned performance, and shape a secure, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment for children. You will build and mentor a strong leadership team, ensure NQF/EYLF compliance, and foster partnerships with families and the community while collaborating with Area Directors to meet strategic goals.
