Our client, The Elo Group is looking for an experienced Centre Director to run their 50-place Ruse Centre.
The procedures, systems and processes are already in place - your focus will be on leading and implementing them to a high standard, not building from scratch. You'll be supported by a dedicated enrolment team, a maintenance team, and HR for complex people matters.
Key responsibilities
- Full-time, five days per week - open to flexible hours
- Owning the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the centre
- Providing strong, explicit and consistent leadership to your team, with a focus on support, development and accountability
- Acting as the primary point of contact for families and staff - Conducting centre tours, managing rosters, leave approvals and staffing requirements & overseeing the educational program, ensuring educators and room leads are delivering to the required standard
- Leading the centre through future A&R; activity
- Monitoring utilisation, occupancy and service performance and driving continuous improvement
- Maintaining full compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Law, National Regulations and all relevant legislation

About you
- Confidence to lead, not just maintain - with the people skills to take a team on a journey
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Director or Centre Manager, with a demonstrated record of strong A&R; outcomes
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current First Aid & Police Check (we can organise this for you if yours has expired)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Accredited Child Protection Training
- Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF and/or MTOP, NQF, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and relevant legislation
- Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to stay across the operational detail
