About the Role

We currently have 12 locations across Queensland with 2 more locations opening before the end of the year. As we continue to expand, we need bright minds to join our team. CeX stores are bustling hubs where organisation is key. We 40 stores across the East coast of Australia with many more on the timeline.

This role has a wide scope of responsibilities and a loose structure. Individuals with strong people management skills and a good understanding of operational systems should apply. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on results and loves contributing to team success. We are looking for a hands-on leader. Someone who leads from the front not the back. No job is too small.

Key Responsibilities

- Use your influence and drive to lead, inspire and guide your teams to success, fostering positive team dynamics and instore culture.

- Drive buys, sales,



and exchanges whilst simultaneously keeping Operational Standards high.

- Demonstrate a knack for developing both teams and individuals, fostering growth and success at every level.

- Ability to both collaborate with a small team of Operations Managers and also work self-motivated to achieve company wide and state goals.

Preferred Attributes

- The ability to deliver direct, constructive conversations and provide effective feedback.

- A natural puzzle-solver who looks past the symptoms to fix the actual cause of a problem.

- Look at individual stores results and be able to identify stock trends and opportunities.

- A strong Retail or Hospitality background with a history of multisite management is preferred.

- Ability to travel interstate on occasion
- A current and valid drivers licence
