Change Analyst - Multiple Contract Opportunities

➡️ Day-rate contracts ranging from 4-12 months, with robust potential for extension

➡️ Supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation projects

➡️ Newcastle-based hybrid role, with three days per week onsite

GWG Recruitment is seeking multiple Change Analysts to support a range of exciting technology and digital transformation projects within a large and complex organisation.

These opportunities will see you working alongside project and change teams to understand the impacts of new technologies, systems and processes, while supporting stakeholders through implementation, readiness and adoption.

We’re looking for hands-on Change Analysts who enjoy working with people, can confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments and are comfortable supporting multiple streams of change activity.

About the roles

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

- Conducting change impact assessments across impacted teams, processes and systems
- Stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement
- Assessing business readiness and identifying potential areas of resistance
- Developing and maintaining change management and engagement plans
- Supporting communications, training and adoption activities
- Maintaining change impact registers, risks, issues and actions
- Working closely with project teams, SMEs and business stakeholders
- Supporting implementation activities and measuring change adoption and effectiveness

About you To be considered, you will ideally have:





- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar organisational change role
- Experience supporting technology, digital or system implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Experience supporting communications, training, engagement and business readiness activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams
- Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR will be highly regarded

The roles are Newcastle-based with hybrid working arrangements of three days onsite.
