Justice Health NSW is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager (NUM2) for the Austinmer Adolescent Unit Forensic Hospital, Malabar. The role leads nursing services, ensures protected care delivery, and drives planning, development and evaluation of clinical activities within the unit.

Key responsibilities include coordinating care across health streams, risk assessment, discharge planning and strong interdepartmental collaboration, with a two-week orientation for new staff and ongoing professional development
