The Role

This is a full-time role, based in our Adelaide CBD office.

As our People & Culture Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality, responsive and people-focused P&C; function across Danny Met Sally.

Working closely with our People & Culture Consultant, you will provide day-to-day support across a broad range of people initiatives and employee enquiries. A key focus of the role will be supporting our leaders through coaching and development, while also managing a high-volume People & Culture inbox and ensuring internal and external stakeholder enquiries are responded to accurately, professionally and in a timely manner.

This is a wide-ranging and fast-paced role that will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting leaders and employees,



and contributing to projects that improve the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the People & Culture Consultant with the delivery of day-to-day P&C; initiatives and priorities across the organisation.

- Manage a high-volume People & Culture inbox, responding to a range of employee and manager enquiries in a timely, professional and solutions-focused manner.

- Provide first-line advice and guidance to employees and leaders on P&C; policies, procedures and general employment-related matters.

- Support leaders through coaching and development, helping to build leadership capability and confidence across the organisation.

- Assist with the coordination and delivery of leadership development initiatives, workshops and other learning opportunities.

- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, internal movements and offboarding.

- Assist with performance management and employee relations matters under the guidance of the People & Culture Consultant.

- Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of P&C; policies, processes and systems.

- Coordinate and support a range of People & Culture projects and initiatives,



including culture, engagement, wellbeing and employee experience activities.

- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.

- Support the preparation of reports, communications and other P&C; documentation as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources or similar advisory role.

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or closely related field

- Experience within the NDIS, health, or community services sector will be highly regarded.

- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and relevant employment legislation.

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
