Council is seeking a Part Time Administration Officer - Creditors to provide essential support for our accounts payable and creditor functions.

In this role, you'll assist with invoice processing, supplier enquiries, payment administration, and maintaining accurate financial records, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Council's finance team.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

- An hourly rate between $35.36 – $39.80 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
- Work 22.5 hours per week, on a part-time basis
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hours agreement
- Access to 2 pro-rated weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
- Access to 1 pro-rated week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purpose
