An excellent opportunity for an Applications, Data & AI Solutions Officer to deliver hands‑on application, database, reporting, and AI-driven solutions, partnering closely with clients to improve business processes, automate workflows, and drive meaningful outcomes through technology.

What you'll do

- Act as a primary contact for application, database, and AI solution support for RTG clients, delivering responsive and professional service.
- Troubleshoot, prioritise, and resolve application and data‑related support requests across multiple platforms.
- Provide database administration, reporting, and application support, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, and related tools.
- Support and maintain integrations across key education systems and LMS platforms including Synergetic, Schoolbox, SIMON, SEQTA, Canvas, and timetabling solutions.
- Develop and implement AI‑powered solutions, automations, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Use AI tools and technologies to analyse data, identify trends, generate insights, and support decision‑making.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors,



and service providers to resolve complex issues and improve system outcomes.
- Develop and support APIs, integrations, and data exchange processes between business systems.
- Document solutions, processes, AI models, and project work clearly and thoroughly.
- Participate in client projects, including application enhancements, AI initiatives, integrations, and system improvements.
- Develop system procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials to support end users.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices, contributing ideas to improve RTG's service offerings.

You're a detail-oriented, service-driven technology professional who enjoys solving complex business problems using data, applications, and AI technologies. You are curious about emerging technologies, communicate clearly, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You’ll bring

- Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduates or candidates who have completed, are currently pursuing, or have undertaken formal study, certifications, short courses, specialised training, projects, internships, research programs, capstone projects, or personal portfolios in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or related AI technologies are encouraged to apply.




- Experience or robust working knowledge of SQL databases, database administration, and the ability to analyse, query, and manipulate data to support business and client requirements.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI concepts including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, NLP, automation technologies, and emerging AI trends.
- Experience using AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power Platform AI Builder, or similar AI technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret data to identify trends and business insights.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and working across multiple systems.
