As a Chef / Cook, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venues
- Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared on time
- Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu
- Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures
- Assisting with menu changes when required

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Availability to work any hospitality hours




- Ability to work well under a high-pressure environment
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least 2years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
