Our friendly team thrives in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen – and we’re looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join us!

Position:

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This position can be either full-time / part-time or Casual, depending on your availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Managing a section of the kitchen during service
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and food safety compliance
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your work area
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH team
- Report to Head Chef / Supervisor

Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Must have a Diploma and or Certificate IV qualification
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak service times
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
