Duties

- Drive financial performance against strategic targets and board direction.
- Ensure prudential compliance with APRA, ASIC, and industry regulations.
- Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable market growth.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing executive and branch teams.
- Represent the bank publicly with members, media, and local communities.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or commerce
- Executive leadership experience in financial services or lending.
- Deep knowledge of Australian prudential and banking regulations.
- Proven track record in strategic growth and board reporting.
- Strong commitment to the customer-owned banking model.
