Chemistry Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)

We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level domains like biochemistry and chemical engineering.

What You'll Do

- Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems to test and benchmark AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning that can be used to evaluate AI outputs
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps improve AI model behavior over time





Who You Are

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
- Background in multiple chemistry subdisciplines
