Your Role
Your role will include:
- Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and inspire your team with empowered leadership, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Curriculum & Program Excellence – Oversee the delivery of ourEmpowered Children’s ProgramandAcademic Enrichment Program, ensuring each child’s development is supported.
- Community & Family Engagement – Build strong relationships with families and create a welcoming, connected community.
- Professional Growth & Development – Foster a culture of continuous learning, offering opportunities for career progression and professional development for yourself and your team.
- Planning, Mentoring, and Research time – Have plenty of time off the floor to complete educational leader tasks to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For
- Educational Leader role, preferred minimum 2+ years of experience in a centre leadership role, with an ACECQA qualified early childhood teaching degree.
- Growth mindset and resilience, with the ability to overcome challenges independently.
- Strong leadership and work ethic skillswith a passion for mentoring and guiding a team.
- Commitment to excellence, ensuring Play to Learn’s high standards are upheld.
