Support Worker – Psychosocial Disability (NDIS)

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist participants living with psychosocial and mental health-related disabilities. This role requires someone confident working in complex support environments with robust emotional resilience and practical care capability.

Experience required:

- Supporting individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression

- Community access and community participation support

- Domestic assistance and daily living support

- Advocacy and person-centred support within the NDIS framework

- Working alongside participants with fluctuating capacity and high support needs

Essential requirements:

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Valid Working With Children Check

- ABN (independent contractor status)

- Professional resume demonstrating relevant experience
