About the Opportunity
Join NT PHN in a key roleproviding enterprise-wide business analysis, service design and change management capability to support organisational initiatives and continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed and diverse operating environment.
The Digital Enablement Partner will work closely with teams and stakeholders to drive sustainable digital enablement, process improvement and stakeholder-centred outcomes,ensuringinitiatives are effectively designed, implemented and adopted in ways that are responsive to local context and service delivery needs.
About You
You areexperienced in business analysis, change management, service design ortransformation. You bring strong understanding of organisational change, process improvement and stakeholder engagement. You have:
- Knowledge or training equivalent to a degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to work across diverse business areas and influence outcomes.
- Experience developing business requirements, process maps and improvement initiatives.
- Strongcommunication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, prioritising and evaluating opportunitiesfor digital innovation, process optimisation and organisational improvement to support strategic and operational outcomes in complex environments.
- Experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives and solid understanding of trends.
- Qualifications or certification in change management, business analysis, or service design.
- Experience in health, public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
Strong understanding of the Northern Territory service environment, including regional and remote operating contexts
About the Role
Key priorities include:
- Leadingthe developmentand delivery of change management strategiesthrough close, day to day partnership with teams, maintaining a strong onsite presence and working alongside staff to supportsuccessful implementation andsustainedadoption of organisational initiatives.
- Deliveringservice design and processoptimisation activities onsite, including mapping current and future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities thatreflect local service delivery environments and needs.
- Providingenterprise business analysis capability, translating business needs into clear requirements, solutions and actionableoutcomesthat are practical and fit-for-purpose.
- Engagingand collaboratingwith stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, drive alignment and support effective communication of change.
- Buildingand maintainingstrong, trusted relationships through regular in-person engagement across the organisation and broaderservice network to understand needs, drive alignment and support effective communication of change.
- Developingand implementingcommunication plans and materials to support organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitoringand trackingbenefits realisation, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and align with strategic outcomes.
- Leadingand coordinatingtransformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across projects, dependencies, and organisational priorities.
- Conductingorganisational readiness assessments to identify risks, capabilitygapsand change impacts,
and develop mitigation strategies.
- Contributingto building organisational capability inchange, service design and continuous improvement through hands-on, onsite coaching, support and robust partnership with teams.

Application Requirements
To be successful in your application, you must have legal working rights in Australia. This role may require travel within the Northern Territory, including remote communities and interstate. A current NT driver’s licenceandpolice clearancearerequiredfor this position.
