Barista/All Rounder

Lüneburger German Bakery Miranda is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Barista/All-Rounder to join our busy bakery/café team.

- Working Wednesdays and Thursdays until October. Moving to 5 to 6 days per week starting November
- Located in Miranda Westfield

This position is ideal for a confident barista who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and can work independently during busy periods.

Must have

- Ability to comfortably produce around 5-6kg of coffee per shift solo
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, extraction, and milk texturing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages

Must be

- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Duties will include

- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Assisting with customer service and front-of-house duties when coffee demand is quiet
- Supporting the team with general café operations as required
