Full-time Continuous Contract

37.5 hours per week

$82,426 - $91,689 per annum

Total Effective Package*

$102,870 - $113,431

About the role

The Town Services Administration Officer delivers high-level administrative support to the Town Services and the Clinical Services Leadership Team (CSLT) consisting of the Medical Director, Deputy Medical Directors, Senior Manager – Town Services, Senior Manager – Remote Services, Clinical Services and Education Coordinator; including
development of correspondence, calendar management, coordinating arrangements for travel, vehicles and facilities as required.

Who are we looking for?

Someone to complement our dynamic team with the following essential requirements;

- Is of Australian Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Central Australia Aboriginal community




- Holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant administration experience.
- Has demonstrated ability to undertake a range of administrative duties including computer Microsoft word, mail/calendar applications and information management systems (ie. TRIM or similar)
- Has well‑developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to draft correspondence and reports, take minutes and initiate actions from meetings, deal tactfully with people, maintain strict confidentiality and use sound judgement, tact and discretion in dealing with colleagues and clients
- Well-developed organisational and coordination skills, time management skills with the ability to set priorities, be flexible, work under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise initiative, work independently and effectively as part of multidisciplinary team
- Holds a current NT Drivers Licence

*Total Effective Package includes base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options
