The Role: (Please do not apply if you do not live in or around DUBBO NSW)

Based in a retail environment, we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor predominantly working Monday to Friday, this role is “Hands-on” and will include some weekends and afterhours attention.

The successful candidate must be able to adopt a flexible schedule when needed and be available for an immediate start.

Working with the operations team, the Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for a range of tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

- Managing and completing site cleaning tasks to the highest standard

- Rostering and staff management

- Effective communication with all team members





- Stock and supply's control

- Overseeing all equipment maintenance programs

- Client liaison and interaction

- Inspections of the site, and follow up where required

- Reporting internally, and externally as required

- Inspections

- Staff training

- Managing all WHS compliance requirements

- Implementing initiatives to drive a high-performing and protected work environment

- General cleaning duties as required

- Maintaining all periodical work

- Reporting of any maintenance requirements

The Candidate

- Must be a motivated self-starter

- Proven leadership skills

- Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment under pressure

- Previous cleaning experience in a similar role is essential.

- An eye for attention to detail

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience with Information technology, including rostering portals

- Customer service excellence

- Current Police check
