What you're like

You're the one who follows up before anyone asks. When a client mentions something in passing — a recent job, a renovation, a business idea — you catch it, and you know it might matter.

You can talk to anyone. The nervous first-home buyer, the blunt business owner, the client who just wants reassurance — you quickly read where someone's head is at and adjust how you talk to them so they feel understood.

You move quickly without dropping the ball. With thousands of clients to look after, you know how to keep things moving, stay on top of a busy list, and still make every single person feel like they're the only one you're looking after.

You spot opportunities and you act on them. Not by pushing, but by listening, then flagging it to the broker who can help.

You're genuinely a team player, and the people you've worked with would say so without hesitation. You make the people around you better.

You're the reason people say,



“you have to talk to my broker.” Not because you ask, but because you look after people so well they can't help but pass your name on. You remember the small things. You do the extra bit nobody expected.

And you can prove it. You've got real stories — times you turned a relationship around, caught something others missed, or looked after someone so well they sent their friends. You don't just say you're valuable with people. You've done the doing.

What you'll actually do

You'll be the client's main point of contact from early in their journey. Once a broker has structured the deal, you step in, introduce yourself, and become the friendly face who guides them through to settlement.

You'll monitor each deal through to settlement, staying on top of the details and sorting out any issues that pop up, so nothing slips and no one feels left in the dark.

You'll keep in touch after settlement — regular check-ins to see how clients are going, so they always feel looked after.

You'll review each client's loan around once a year, making sure they're still on the best possible deal and spotting chances to save them money or help them with what's next.

You'll handle the everyday — account queries, small loan increases, the bits and pieces — so our brokers stay free to do what they do best.

The details

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Exchange Tower office in the Perth CBD. A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a nice-to-have, but if you've got the right attitude and a track record of looking after people, we'll help you get there. The salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 plus super, and we'll pitch toward the top for someone who already knows settlements and loan servicing.
