Reception duties, greeting clients, answering calls, taking messages, and following up on action items

Use of Microsoft Office to send emails, update databases, and create documents

Colaborate effectively with team members and managers to keep things running smoothly

Provide friendly customer service and general office support

Complete your Certificate III in Business while gaining hands‑on experiencein a fun, profesional workplace

You haven’t completed a Cert III or higher in Business

You’re enthusiastic, well‑presented, and ready to learn

You’ve got great communication skills and a positive attitude





You’re confident using a computer and keen to build your skills

You’re committed to a 12‑month traineeship
