We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our CNC cutting equipment to manufacture PET acoustic panels and other acoustic products to a high standard of accuracy and quality.
This is a practical production role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, reading drawings and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machinery to cut PET acoustic panels according to production drawings and specifications.
Set up and prepare CNC machines for production.
Load and unload PET sheets safely and efficiently.
Check dimensions, cutting quality and finished products against specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting files.
Make basic adjustments to CNC settings and tooling when required.
Identify and report machine or production issues.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and housekeeping.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
Ensure products are packed,
labelled and completed according to customer requirements.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in operating CNC routers or similar CNC machinery.
Ideally experienced working with PET felt, acoustic panels, plastics, timber or sheet materials.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Comfortable using computers and CNC software.
Mechanically minded with good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Quality‑focused and safety‑conscious.
Physically capable of handling large sheets of material.
A positive team player with a positive attitude.
Desirable: Experience with CNC routers, CAD/CAM software, or similar machinery is an advantage.
