About us
Form Shop is the digital fabrication and manufacturing arm of Form Imagination, based in Delacombe, Ballarat. We’re a one‑stop shop for CNC routing, laser sheet and tube cutting, 3D printing and plastic fabrication, serving tradespeople, designers, DIYers, artists and small businesses right across Australia. Our machines were originally bought to manufacture sets for musicians, operas, ballets and plays performed around Australia and across the world — and that entertainment‑industry pedigree still shapes the precision and reliability we bring to every job. We’ve since diversified to share that knowledge and technology more broadly, taking on everything from one‑off prototypes and custom components to short‑run production work.
- Hands‑on involvement with workshop operations and CNC/laser equipment
- Diverse and interesting project work across live entertainment, public art and exhibitions
- Chance to influence workshop systems and workflow
- A workshop culture that values respect, safety and clear communication
- Supportive team and management structure
- Room to grow into a senior or supervisory role
