We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Engineer to take ownership of our Azure cloud environment, DevOps processes, security and production operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining secure, reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure that supports our SaaS platform and growing AI capabilities.

Working closely with our development team, you will help automate deployments, improve system reliability, strengthen security and ensure our cloud environment operates efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS services.
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Azure Bicep.
- Manage Azure networking, security, monitoring, backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Implement cloud security best practices including Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault and Defender for Cloud.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
- Support and optimise MongoDB Atlas and MySQL environments.




- Automate operational processes using PowerShell, Azure CLI and scripting.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment and production issues.
- Support RobobAI's Azure AI, OpenAI and Foundry environments.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- 4–6 years' experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or CI/CD pipelines.
- Terraform and/or Azure Bicep.
- Azure networking, security and identity management.
- Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC.
- Linux administration.
- PowerShell, Azure CLI or equivalent scripting experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Microsoft Intune and Office 365 administration
- MongoDB Atlas and MySQL.
- Docker and containerised applications.
- Azure Functions and App Services.
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry or AI infrastructure experience.
- SaaS platform experience.
