Our client is looking for a Coffee Service Technician to join their small, friendly team. They are seeking someone who is energetic, reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring coffee machines, stock and deliveries are managed to a high standard.
This is a casual position with the potential to become permanent, working approximately 38 hours per week, with a 7:30am start.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and detailed cleaning of commercial coffee machines
- Deliver consumables to customers when required
- Provide premium customer service to valued clients
- Assist in the warehouse with moving and preparing stock for dispatch
- Move stock on pallets, skids and individual boxes
- Assist with stock control and ensure correct stock rotation
- Operate a walk-behind forklift
- Complete general warehouse and administration duties
- Use Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Communicate with customers via phone and in person
- Work as part of a small, supportive team
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current and valid driver's licence
- A clean driving record
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- A practical approach and plenty of common sense
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a small team
Desirable
- Previous warehouse experience
- Foodservice industry experience
- Experience working with coffee machines
- Forklift experience or licence
