Commercial Broker – Hotels, Motels and Caravan Parks– Greater Brisbane

About the role

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this is an outstanding opportunity for a focused and commercially minded sales professional with a strong history in business-to-business sales. The territory spans the Greater Brisbane area, representing a diverse mix of tourism and corporate markets, offering significant opportunities across motels, hotels and caravan parks.

Key responsibilities

- Making sales calls and securing listings of accommodation properties within your territory

- Organising marketing campaigns and onsite inspections

- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion

- Liaising with buyers and vendors across your designated region

- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with company expectations

- Maintaining the CRM in a timely and accurate manner

- Meeting agreed KPIs, including call activity targets

- Attending weekly meetings and two compulsory conferences per year at the company's expense

About you

- Proven track record of success in a previous sales career with leadership

- Solid systems and processes-based education and training

- Strong business and exceptional communication skills

- Well-connected within their local community or region





- Driven to succeed with a clear love of the hunt and close sales cycle

- Financially literate, with the ability to understand P&L; statements, balance sheets, and business performance metrics

- Resilience and persistence, thriving in a competitive, commission driven environment

- Ability to build relationships, establishing long-term trust with business owners, investors, and corporate clients

- Comfortable with regular travel, including regional and remote areas, long distances, and time away solo

- Entrepreneurial mindset, operating with initiative, accountability, and a strong focus on results
