Broc Finance is a growing commercial finance brokerage focused on helping Australian businesses access the right funding solutions to support their growth, working capital and investment needs.

We work with a broad panel of banks and non-bank lenders across asset finance, cash flow lending and other commercial finance solutions.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Commercial Finance Broker with 2+ years of relevant lending or broking experience to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Commercial Finance Broker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their broking career who is looking to broaden their experience across commercial lending, asset finance, and business lending solutions.

As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing commercial finance deals for our clients. You will work closely with business owners, lenders, and financial institutions to identify the best financing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, basis knowledge of commercial finance products, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to understand their business needs and financial objectives.
- Guide clients through the finance application and onboarding process efficiently and professionally.
- Action lending leads and applications.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and assist in recommending suitable loan products




- Discuss lending scenarios and deal submissions.
- Actively manage lending pipeline and work deals to settlement and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Proactively follow up of customers’ applications to get timely approvals.
- Provide timely updates to customers on their loan application stages.
- Work on existing database to identify opportunities for re-engagement.
- Engage with warm enquiry customers and convert them into opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the financing process.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cash flow/asset finance broking, banking, or lending support roles.
- Passionate to service the customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate finance jargons into simplified layman terms.
- Good documentation skills with attention to details.
- Positive thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
- Must be cutting-edge, smart and able to think outside the box.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
