Community Support worker required to assist participants to reach their NDIS goals.

This may include:

- Attending to medical appointments
- Support to attend to court hearings
- Support with aspects of daily living
- Support with using mainstream services
- Support with weekly shopping
- Writing legal documentation, progress notes.
- Support with emotional regulation
- Support with positive decision making

You will need to be a team player, have good work ethic and be passionate about making a positive impact on the people we support. To be employed by us you will need:

- Police Clearance
- NDIS worker screening
- Working with children check
- Working with Vulnerable people check
- Australian driving license
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
