As they continue to refine systems, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen operational processes, they are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who thrives on being part of positive change and making a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, even in challenging situations
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently with a strong focus on detail
- Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and delivery issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor DIFOT performance and proactively manage customer expectations
- Work across ERP systems (Pronto preferred) to maintain accurate records and order information
- Liaise closely with operations, production, transport, and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas that improve processes, customer outcomes, and team performance
- Support the business through ongoing operational improvements and change initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience within customer service, customer experience, order processing, or internal sales
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously




- Resilience and professionalism when dealing with frustrated customers or complex issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a business experiencing growth and operational change
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally Pronto, will be highly regarded
- Previous experience within building products, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred
