This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident in their accounts knowledge, enjoys problem-solving and takes ownership when something doesn’t look quite right.

- Bank, cash, ATM, EFTPOS and credit card reconciliations

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

- Proven experience in an accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration role
- Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider team

Qualifications in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance will be highly regarded, although solid practical experience is equally valued.

Previous experience within a registered club or hospitality environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why Join Swansea RSL?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded people-focused organisation that has been serving the local community for many years. You'll become part of a supportive and welcoming team, working from a modern office with beautiful water views.

Offering a stable, long-term career, this varied role provides the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute to the ongoing success of the Club, and make a genuine impact in an organisation that values its people and the community it serves.
