As Chef Manager, you’ll lead the team creating those moments for the residents of an 86-bed aged care facility. Behind every menu, meal and tray is a person who deserves food made with care and served with pride. You’ll bring the leadership, organisation and culinary experience to make that happen, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the kitchen operation delivering nutritious, enjoyable meals across an 86-bed facility
- Plan production around resident needs, dietary requirements and daily service demands
- Oversee texture modified meals, bulk cooking and tray service from preparation to delivery
- Take ownership of kitchen budgets, food costs, ordering and stock management
- Recruit,



develop and lead a team that understands the importance of what they do
- Listen to feedback and build strong relationships with residents, clients and the wider team

About You

- Trade qualified Chef with Food Safety Supervisor certification and kitchen leadership experience
- Aged care experience preferred, with an understanding of resident dining needs
- Confident managing budgets, food costs, ordering and stock across a busy kitchen
- Comfortable planning bulk production and delivering consistent service at scale
- Experienced with texture modified meals and a range of dietary requirements
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust with residents, clients and stakeholders
- Current Driver's Licence with the ability to complete required pre-employment checks
