UTS International is seeking an organised, relationship-focused and highly professional Officer, International Relations to support the coordination and delivery of international visits, study tours, short programs and strategic partnership activities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for international visitors, partner institutions, government representatives and industry stakeholders while supporting UTS's internationalisation strategy and global engagement objectives. About UTS International UTS International is responsible for driving and supporting the University's international strategy, global partnerships, international student recruitment, mobility programs and engagement activities. The Compliance, Insights and Relations team plays a critical role in building and strengthening relationships with partner institutions, government bodies, recruitment agencies and international stakeholders while supporting compliance,



risk management and international development initiatives. About the Role Reporting to the Manager, International Relations, you will coordinate and deliver international visits, , study tours, short programs and strategic projects from planning through to delivery. Working closely with stakeholders across UTS and external partners, you will develop and deliver high-quality programs that strengthen international relationships and showcase the University's capabilities. This role requires strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional experiences for international visitors and partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of international visits, delegations, study tours, short programs and partnership activities. Manage enquiries and assist with program scoping, planning and stakeholder engagement activities. Develop detailed itineraries, schedules, briefing materials and program documentation. Liaise with faculties, professional units and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. Coordinate logistics including venues, travel, catering, accommodation, transport and visitor requirements.



Prepare high-quality correspondence, briefing papers, reports and promotional materials. Host international visitors and delegations, facilitating positive and professional experiences that reflect UTS's reputation and values. Maintain accurate records, financial information, databases and reporting requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, policies and procedures that support international programs and engagement activities. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience coordinating events, programs, visits or projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and complex logistics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional documentation and engage effectively with diverse audiences. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners across a range of cultural and professional backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting. High attention to detail and experience managing budgets, records, databases and administrative processes with accuracy and professionalism.
