Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is seeking a compassionate Bereavement Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team. Provide specialist bereavement counselling and support to individuals, families and carers navigating grief and loss.

This fixed term 0.6FTE role offers diverse responsibilities, including group facilitation, education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
