1. COMPOUNDING LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

About the Role As a Compounding Laboratory Technician, you will work closely with our pharmacists and laboratory team to assist with the preparation of compounded medications in a professional and controlled laboratory environment.





The successful candidate will be responsible for following established procedures carefully and maintaining a high standard of accuracy, cleanliness and quality throughout the compounding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists with the preparation of compounded medications.
- Accurately weigh, measure and prepare ingredients according to approved formulas and procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures and established compounding protocols.
- Assist with preparation, labelling, packaging and documentation of compounded products.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation.
- Perform appropriate checks throughout the compounding process.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic laboratory environment.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving and organising laboratory supplies.
- Follow workplace health and safety, quality assurance and infection-control procedures.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Work closely with pharmacists and other members of the team to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

2. DISPATCH OPERATOR

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Dispatch Operator to assist with the accurate and timely preparation of compounded medications and other pharmacy orders for delivery and collection.





This position plays an important role in ensuring orders are checked, packed and dispatched correctly and within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer and pharmacy orders accurately.
- Carefully check orders before dispatch.
- Prepare medications and other products for delivery or collection.
- Ensure appropriate packaging and labelling is used.
- Print and attach shipping and delivery labels.
- Organise outgoing orders according to delivery requirements.
- Ensure orders are dispatched within required timeframes.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking and organising stock.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised dispatch area.
- Assist with stock management and inventory tasks.
- Communicate with the pharmacy and laboratory teams regarding missing items or order discrepancies.
- Follow pharmacy procedures, workplace safety requirements and quality standards.
- Assist with general duties within the pharmacy or laboratory when required.

Preferably, you have experience in a customer service role, experience working on computers and have attention to detail as you will often be working with our pharmacists and other technical staff. Specific experience in a compounding pharmacy is beneficial but not essential as we will teach you everything you need to know.
