About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for ongoing full-time employment. Working alongside our experienced Specialist Applicators and Supervisors, you will assist with a range of construction remediation, maintenance and repair projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is committed to maintaining a safe, professional and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

- General construction and remediation labouring

- Assisting Specialist Applicators with repair and remediation works

- Site preparation, set-up and clean-up

- Removing damaged or defective building materials

- Loading, unloading and handling materials

- Using hand and power tools

- Assisting with demolition and strip-out works

- Maintaining clean, organised and safe worksites

- Following SWMS, site procedures and workplace safety requirements

- Correctly using and caring for tools, equipment and PPE

About you

- Reliable, punctual, proactive and hardworking

- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work

- Safety-focused with a positive attitude

- Willing to learn new skills and take direction





- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Comfortable working across different sites, environments and locations

- Skilled and respectful when working around clients, contractors and other trades

- Construction White Card

- Ability to complete and comply with required site inductions

- Ability to work safely and follow workplace procedures
