About the role

Kallibr Homes are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects across Brisbane’s Northside. This is an on-site focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys concentrating on build quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities

- Manage trades, suppliers, and construction sequencing

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

- Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages

- Maintain site safety and compliance with WH&S; requirements

- Collaborate closely with internal construction and office teams

- No Client liaison

- Ability to source trades as required

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar leadership role on building sites (residential preferred)

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and Australian Standards

- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple sites effectively, demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications and construction drawings

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required

- Current Construction White Card or similar safety certification





- Experience with residential construction projects is highly desirable

- Proficiency with construction management software Onsite Companion and digital tools is preferred

- QBCC Licence (or ability to obtain) highly regarded
