We are now seeking a Consultant - Responsible Investment to join our team and be at the forefront in the delivery of responsible investment advice, ESG integration, climate and carbon reporting and responsible investment reporting for our clients.

About the role In this role, you will support Frontier’s responsible investment capability across advice, implementation oversight and reporting. You will work closely with our research teams to help clients understand and respond to ESG, climate, stewardship and sustainability-related investment issues.

You will contribute to practical advice for investment committees, boards and senior stakeholders, helping translate complex responsible investment issues into clear implications for portfolios, managers and governance processes.

What you will be doing

- Providing advice on emerging and existing ESG risks and the strategies used to manage those risks across investment portfolios.
- Supporting the integration of material ESG considerations into investment strategy, portfolio monitoring, manager selection and investment governance processes.
- Supporting investment manager ESG due diligence, appointment, monitoring and review processes.
- Monitoring investment manager implementation of responsible investment obligations and agreed responsible investment principles.
- Preparing responsible investment reporting and disclosure inputs, including PRI, modern slavery and climate-related reporting support.




- Monitoring regulatory and industry developments relating to responsible investment, stewardship, climate disclosure, modern slavery and sustainability reporting.

About you

- You are likely to be someone has experience in responsible investment, ESG research and who enjoys working at the intersection of investment, governance, sustainability and data.
- You will be comfortable working in a role that combines technical responsible investment knowledge with project coordination, evidence management, analysis and client-facing advice.
- We are looking for someone who brings strong investment judgement, curiosity, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

You will ideally have

- Strong understanding of ESG integration, climate risk, carbon metrics, stewardship frameworks, proxy voting, exclusions and responsible investment governance.
- Ability to interpret climate and carbon analytics, identify data quality issues and work with portfolio analytics teams.
