Position: Cook & Kitchen Hand

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook & Kitchen Hand to join our busy café team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and café menu items to a high standard
- Assist with food preparation, plating and maintaining kitchen workflow
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and kitchen organisation
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements:

- Previous café, restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Good knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual and a positive team attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
