Our client is a leading global accounting & advisory firm and is growing their indirect tax team across various levels, from Analyst through to Senior Manager.
You'll work on a broad mix of indirect tax advisory, compliance and consulting matters, gaining exposure to high-impact work across diverse industries.
The role:
- Provide practical, commercial indirect tax advice across GST, stamp duty, fuel tax credits, customs and excise
- Deliver tax governance engagements
- Research legislation, case law and regulatory guidance
- Build and manage client relationships and engagements
- Manage or lead deliverables, budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior staff (Senior Analyst / Manager level)
- Contribute to business development and internal training
About you:
- Experience in indirect tax and/or corporate tax within professional services
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or similar
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver outcomes
- Strong communication and commercial acumen
- Experience mentoring or leading team members (desirable)
- CA/CPA qualification (completed or in progress)
