Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn is seeking two part time Client Pathways Officers to deliver quality customer service from the Kids Hub. The role acts as the first point of contact, handling enquiries and referring on as appropriate while maintaining privacy and respect.

You will provide administrative support, manage calls, schedule activities, keep accurate records, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm on a rotating roster.
