Mode Logistics is seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse All Rounder to join our team at our Melbourne Airport facility. This is a casual position based in Melbourne Airport, VIC 3045, offering flexibility within our dynamic warehousing and distribution operations. As a Warehouse All Rounder, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

Picking and consolidating of cargo for load out.

Repalletizing freight from wooden to plastic in preparation for cargo screening.

Loading and unloading of Seafreight containers – Both palletised and hand stacked.

Loading and unloading of airline units – Eg PMC & AKE.

Relabeling of cartons as required.

Operating forklifts to move, stack, and store freight, in preparation for loading and unloading of containers and or trucks.

Maintaining OH&S; and compliance standards in all tasks.

Communicating effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate activities and resolve issues.





Maintaining accurate records of freight movement and storage locations as required.

Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and tidiness.

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking direction from supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions carefully

White ASIC card holder or ASIC job ready is ideal

Preferred: Experience in airport logistics, cool storage environments, or export/import warehousing operations
